The firm is delighted to have been part of the final session of the inaugural conference series entitled “Legislative Decree 231/2001 – Implementation in Airport Services Management and Public Transport Companies.”

The third and final conference was held on April 4, 2025, at the Western Sicily Port Authority in Palermo, Sicily.

On this occasion, Me Anne-Sophie Hutteau-Hiltzer had the opportunity to share insights on the French perspective of the 231 model and to conduct a comparative analysis of the French anti-corruption compliance legal framework.

The firm sincerely thank all the hosting institutions and the speakers for their high-level contributions and thought-provoking analyses on these critical issues.

Previous editions of the conference were hosted at Linate Airport - Linate Center Area Partenze in Milan and the Italian Parliament in Rome.

This series of reflections on the 231 model and compliance in a broader sense will continue in the near future through a second cycle of conferences.
