The Firm has been part of the conference themed around « Il diritto ad essere donna. Il gender gap nelle leadership », where Anne-Sophie Hutteau-Hiltzer presented the French approach to promoting gender diversity from a corporate governance perspective.
It was a great opportunity to discuss critical issues on women's fundamental rights, from physical and psychological violence to economic, professional, and employment discrimination in Italy, Iran, France, and the US.
The event took place on December 3rd, 2024 in Naples, Italy at the Palazzo di Giustizia di Napoli.
The conference was held under the patronage of the Consiglio dell’Ordine degli Avvocati di Napoli and the UAE.
